Tiny Perch Original - TPS-145 - Dotty - 1 of 1 Original Art

Meet Dotty! She has never met a polka dot she didn’t like—or an outfit she couldn’t improve by adding several more.

With her towering featherdo, bold orange beak and carefully coordinated pattern, Dotty always arrives dressed to be noticed. Subtlety may have its place, but it certainly isn’t on her side of the Perch!
